Me and Flickr! Finally

Photo of me camping

And my identity is exposed at Flickr! Today I finally decided to get my photo act together and get a flickr account. Seeing as how SxSWi is coming up in March, I know I’ll be taking lots of pictures (as will many others), and I don’t want to be left behind without an online nook to show them off. So, if anyone is interested in seeing a few photos from my humble life, go ahead and take a peak at flickr/photos/polvero.

Lastly, please be sure not to get me confused as Simon Collison as we do look quite damn near to each other.

The evidence was clear that not only are we twins, but our father was found along with an unknown half brother. With this new found knowledge and a flickr account, hopefully now we can please ‘father’ by contributing to the family album.

Looks like somebody is a little grumpy in the morning until he gets his morning caffeine (or beer maybe, it is camping after all).

You might want to check out the cool plugins that allow you to integrate your Flickr photosets right into Wordpress, lots of fun.

Tell your dad to get you a chair, and some shoes man, sheesh! ;)

    Damn you’re skinny

I just wear tight shirts. You can see my nipples when it’s cold. ;)

It’s about time you got yourself a Flickr account (and you called yourself a Yahoo guy…)

    Yea. I’m a skinny dork.
Elliot, I’ve just never been into the photo thing…even after having a nice camera for such a long time.

Oh, and for everyone’s sake, I took down the potentially offensive photo of me and my impression of a bird. I didn’t realize that was public ;). It was at a bachelor party and we were all taking turns posing the same gesture to the camera.

Aaw…that was the best one! ;)

I like the idea of us being the “Internet Corleones”. This is all let down however when I take off my hat to reveal my mighty afro with it’s 15 ft circumference, when I then look more like the lost pale brother of Jimi Hendrix.

Unless you got an afro under there too…

    hello,

can you tell me what widget you are using to show your flickr thumbs inside the sidebar? I tried a few but all sent me to flickr when clicking a thumb, while yours seems to open the photos with a lightbox plugin…
